Summer workouts will begin Thursday, June 6, 2019!
All athletes must have a current physical dated after April 1, 2019 in order to participate.
Practices will be held Monday – Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Players will meet in the weight room. All athletes will need to come dressed in shorts, t-shirts, sneakers (inside agility drills) and cleats (outside field drills).
There will be no practice July 1-July 5 (Mandatory Dead Week by SCHSL).
There will be no practice July 29-July 31.
First Official Practice will be held Friday, August 2, 2019.
